Singer, dancer, and actress extraordinaire, Jin Jin Reeves, began her career at an early age. Growing up in Detroit, MI Jin Jin was heavily engaged in dance, songwriting, and singing; however, as an eager pre-teen, committed to distinguishing herself in the field of entertainment, Jin Jin Reeves she began to study acting as a means to further diversify her skill set. Her efforts got the interests of Stevie Wonder, Martha Reeves, and The Julliard School of Performing Arts which led to a Diana Washington scholarship and a host of performance opportunities. Additionally, Jin Jin received an abundance of attention from Motown Legends such as “Gladys Knight” and the “Four Tops.” Following these events, she was recruited to appear on Ed McMahon’s Star Search where she finished second.
From the classroom to the stage, her exhilarating performances have enabled an energetic, soulful, audience experience that is extraordinary. As an actress, she has been featured in a multitude of shows and plays, including Lorraine Hansberry’s “A Raisin in the Sun” and Steven Spielberg’s Amistad. She has graced the stage at the American Music Awards and performed under dance greats such as “Alvin Ailey.” In the music world lay some of her biggest feats, as she has shared the stage with a number of musical legends including “Barry White” and “The Temptations.” All of these events have aided in molding Jin Jin Reeves into the dynamic, passionate, and talented individual that is the total entertainment package. Ms. Reeves is spiritually in tune and focused on taking her career to the highest levels possible. Jin Jin recently completed her sophomore album, Living Proof and is currently starring in Hitzville: The Show, which is a Motown Revue showing at the Las Vegas V Theater.
